The manager, Mike had great interpersonal skills and was extremely helpful and polite. I now have new tires and am safe to go on the road. He really cares about his customers satisfaction with their service!

Walk-in service. Air-conditioning in my car started blowing hot air. They were able to take us in right away and do a diagnostic. Mike called right away to see if they had the parts in stock and kept us updated every step of the way. We walked in at 1:30 with no working air-conditioning and they fixed my car by 4:45pm in the same day. Cold air in my car now. Excellent service. I would send people there any day. Would definitely use them again if needed when I’m in the area.

I needed new tires, oil change and alignment in my 2024 GMC Yukon XL Denali and I could not be happier with the excellent service I received from the Firestone on RT 37, Tom’s River, NJ. The work was done as promised and on time and at a fair price. The Manager Michael Kirschner and his crew were great to work with and very personable. Aside from applying all of the Firestone promotions available at the time he also was able to give me an additional credit off of the bill since the factory tires that came with the vehicle did not wear as expected. I will be definitely be recommending this Firestone branch to all of my friends and family. Thank you very much for a job well done!!!! Best regards, A very satisfied customer.

Great team at this store. They are always friendly, helpful and professional. They keep you informed on what is going on with your auto in a timely manner. They recommend things that need to be addressed immediately and others that can wait but give you a timeline when you should have it done. My husband and I have been bringing our cars here for 20 years.

After my appointment with you guys my car was driving better they even offered to change out my wipers which was really nice of them. I’ve been going to you guys since I lived in Phoenix, Arizona and now I’m in New Jersey and I still use you guys and you guys are phenomenal. I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone else but fire stone. The work you guys do is solid. The guys that fix my car always take care of me and my car
